Meet your therapists

Guided by Experience, Grounded in Evidence, Centered on You

about luke

Hi, I'm Luke.
I’m the founder of Integratus Counseling. I specialize in helping teens, adults, and couples find relief from anxiety, OCD, and relationship challenges — not just by managing symptoms, but by exploring the deeper emotional, cognitive, and spiritual patterns that shape your experience.

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to live with OCD and anxiety. I know the relentless pressure to appear “fine,” the fear of not being in control, and the exhaustion of carrying thoughts and worries that feel too heavy to name. My own healing journey led me to study approaches that don’t just soothe the surface but help us understand and integrate the parts of ourselves that feel fragmented or stuck.

I earned my Bachelor's in Philosophy from Saint Joseph Seminary College and my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University. In my practice, I use a blend of evidence-based therapies —including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches offer structure and clarity, while also creating space for curiosity, compassion, and self-reflection. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and client-led. I see each person as more than a diagnosis — as someone with wisdom, resilience, and an inner world worth exploring.

I work best with clients who are highly motivated and open to doing deep work — whether that means facing uncomfortable thoughts through ERP, untangling attachment wounds in relationships, or navigating life transitions with a greater sense of purpose. If you're ready for therapy that is both practical and profound, I’d love to connect with you.

about camille

Hi, I'm Camille.
I work with individuals—often young adults and women—who are facing the messy, in-between seasons of life: navigating OCD and anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by ADHD, trying to understand their family dynamics, or struggling to find their footing as they step into adulthood. If you're sorting through questions like “Who am I apart from my family?”, “Why do I feel responsible for everyone else's emotions?”, or “How do I create a life that actually feels like mine?” — you’re not alone.

Many of my clients grew up being the helper, the achiever, or the peacemaker in their families. They’ve been praised for being “mature for their age,” but beneath the surface, they often feel anxious, scattered, unseen, or burdened by expectations. I help them slow down, untangle those patterns, and learn how to care for themselves without guilt or shame.

I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Dallas and Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University. My approach integrates attachment theory and psychodynamic therapy to help you connect the dots between your past and your present, as well as Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) to help you navigate unwanted OCD doubts. We explore how your early relationships shaped your self-worth, attention, and emotional regulation, while also building concrete tools to manage OCD and anxiety, navigate transitions, and set boundaries in your current life. Whether you're stepping out of your parents' home, navigating romantic or friendship challenges, making career decisions, or simply trying to feel more emotionally grounded, I offer a space where you can be curious, honest, and deeply supported. Together, we’ll make room for the version of you that isn’t just reacting to the past—but is consciously and confidently creating your future.

about tanner

Hi, I'm Tanner.
I work with adults and teens struggling with OCD and anxiety, with a particular focus on taboo intrusive thoughts and perfectionism expressed through order, symmetry, and control. My approach is aimed not at short-term symptom management, but at meaningful, sustained remission by addressing the patterns that keep OCD active.

I became a therapist because I’ve lived this from the inside. I know what it’s like to appear high-functioning and driven while feeling internally unstable — as if your life is a house of cards held together by effort and control. Having experienced anxiety and OCD firsthand, I bring a warm, deeply attuned, and non-judgmental presence to therapy. I also spent three years in corporate finance at a Fortune 100 company, which gives me a practical understanding of high-pressure, performance-driven environments and the fear that letting go of perfectionism means losing your edge.

One of my primary areas of focus is taboo intrusive thoughts — particularly thoughts related to sexuality or harm that feel disturbing, out of character, and impossible to share. Many clients carry these thoughts in silence, fearing judgment, misunderstanding, or serious repercussions if they speak openly. These intrusions can occur in the middle of conversations, meetings, or presentations while those around you remain completely unaware, leading to intense isolation and self-doubt. I also specialize in OCD driven by perfectionism and a need for order or symmetry, which often shows up as rigidity, over-preparation, and chronic fear of mistakes, especially in professional settings.

I earned my Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio. My clinical work is grounded in gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD, particularly Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). I also integrate holistic lifestyle factors — including nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management — drawing from my experience as a long-distance marathon runner.

I work best with clients who are highly motivated, self-aware, and ready to engage in challenging work. If you’re quietly carrying fears you’ve never said out loud or feel trapped by perfectionism and control, I’d be happy to connect.
