Guided by Experience, Grounded in Evidence, Centered on You

about luke

Hi, I'm Luke.
I’m the founder of Integratus Counseling. I specialize in helping teens, adults, and couples find relief from anxiety, OCD, and relationship challenges — not just by managing symptoms, but by exploring the deeper emotional, cognitive, and spiritual patterns that shape your experience.

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to live with OCD and anxiety. I know the relentless pressure to appear “fine,” the fear of not being in control, and the exhaustion of carrying thoughts and worries that feel too heavy to name. My own healing journey led me to study approaches that don’t just soothe the surface but help us understand and integrate the parts of ourselves that feel fragmented or stuck.

I earned my Bachelor's in Philosophy from Saint Joseph Seminary College and my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University. In my practice, I use a blend of evidence-based therapies —including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches offer structure and clarity, while also creating space for curiosity, compassion, and self-reflection. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and client-led. I see each person as more than a diagnosis — as someone with wisdom, resilience, and an inner world worth exploring.

I work best with clients who are highly motivated and open to doing deep work — whether that means facing uncomfortable thoughts through ERP, untangling attachment wounds in relationships, or navigating life transitions with a greater sense of purpose. If you're ready for therapy that is both practical and profound, I’d love to connect with you.

about camille

Hi, I'm Camille.
I know what OCD can do to the relationships and seasons of life you love most. I specialize in OCD therapy for college-age women and women in their 20s and 30s, with a particular focus on Relationship OCD (ROCD) and perinatal OCD (pregnancy and postpartum) — including the intrusive doubts that can surface during pregnancy, postpartum, and the early years of motherhood. These are tender, high-stakes seasons of life, and OCD has a way of targeting exactly what matters most to you.

If you find yourself constantly questioning whether you love your partner enough, whether your relationship is "real," or whether you're a good enough mother — you're not broken, and you're not alone. ROCD and perinatal OCD are real, treatable conditions, and the relentless doubt you're experiencing isn't the truth about you or your relationships.

Many of my clients are high-achieving women who have spent years being the helper, the responsible one, or the emotional anchor for everyone around them. They're articulate, self-aware, and exhausted from trying to think their way out of anxiety. What they need isn't more reassurance — it's a grounded, compassionate therapist who understands OCD from the inside out.

I use Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), an evidence-based approach specifically designed for OCD, alongside attachment theory and psychodynamic work to help you understand why OCD latched onto this particular part of your life. Together we'll untangle what's OCD and what's you — and help you reconnect to the life and relationships you actually want.

I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Dallas and my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University. Whether you're in the thick of new motherhood, navigating a serious relationship, or somewhere in between — I'd love to work with you.

about tanner

Hi, I'm Tanner.
I work with adults and teens struggling with OCD and anxiety, with a particular focus on taboo intrusive thoughts and perfectionism expressed through order, symmetry, and control. My approach is aimed not at short-term symptom management, but at meaningful, sustained remission by addressing the patterns that keep OCD active.

I became a therapist because I’ve lived this from the inside. I know what it’s like to appear high-functioning and driven while feeling internally unstable — as if your life is a house of cards held together by effort and control. Having experienced anxiety and OCD firsthand, I bring a warm, deeply attuned, and non-judgmental presence to therapy. I also spent three years in corporate finance at a Fortune 100 company, which gives me a practical understanding of high-pressure, performance-driven environments and the fear that letting go of perfectionism means losing your edge.

One of my primary areas of focus is taboo intrusive thoughts — particularly thoughts related to sexuality or harm that feel disturbing, out of character, and impossible to share. Many clients carry these thoughts in silence, fearing judgment, misunderstanding, or serious repercussions if they speak openly. These intrusions can occur in the middle of conversations, meetings, or presentations while those around you remain completely unaware, leading to intense isolation and self-doubt. I also specialize in OCD driven by perfectionism and a need for order or symmetry, which often shows up as rigidity, over-preparation, and chronic fear of mistakes, especially in professional settings.

I earned my Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio. My clinical work is grounded in gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD, particularly Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). I also integrate holistic lifestyle factors — including nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management — drawing from my experience as a long-distance marathon runner.

I work best with clients who are highly motivated, self-aware, and ready to engage in challenging work. If you’re quietly carrying fears you’ve never said out loud or feel trapped by perfectionism and control, I’d be happy to connect.
