Hi, I'm Luke.
Growing up, I faced my own struggles with anxiety and the pressure to meet others’ expectations. It was hard to feel like I was ever enough. So I get what it’s like to wrestle with OCD, intrusive thoughts, and compulsions that seem to take over your mind - and how to overcome it.
It’s a tough place to be, and I want you to know that if you’re there right now, you’re not alone. I truly understand the weight of anxiety, trauma, and feeling like your mind is working against you, and I’m here to help you come out the other side, just like I did.
I specialize in helping teens, adults, and couples find relief from anxiety, OCD, and relationship challenges — not just by managing symptoms, but by exploring the deeper emotional, cognitive, and spiritual patterns that shape your experience. I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to live with anxiety. I know the relentless pressure to appear “fine,” the fear of not being in control, and the exhaustion of carrying thoughts and worries that feel too heavy to name. My own healing journey led me to study approaches that don’t just soothe the surface but help us understand and integrate the parts of ourselves that feel fragmented or stuck.
In my practice, I use a blend of evidence-based therapies that offer structure and clarity, while also creating space for curiosity, compassion, and self-reflection. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and client-led. I see each person as more than a diagnosis — as someone with wisdom, resilience, and an inner world worth exploring. I work best with clients who are highly motivated and open to doing deep work — whether that means facing uncomfortable thoughts through ERP, untangling attachment wounds in relationships, or navigating life transitions with a greater sense of purpose. If you're ready for therapy that is both practical and profound, I’d love to connect with you.
